BLACKCURRANT RYE LAGER (Bye bye!)
Come November our thoughts turn to the rich taste of black currants. When we brew with black currants, the sweetness of the fruit is balanced by the rye and hops. Serve as an aperitif, sip by the fire or enjoy with dessert.
PASSION BREW (Here for a bit...)
For Valentine's Day we brew up one special batch of beer laced with passion fruit.
MAPLE BUSH LAGER (Getting closer!)
As soon as the sap starts to flow in Lanark county we will be making this unique Eastern Ontario lager by using maple sap instead of water when brewing. The beer varies in dryness from year to year depending on the sugar content of the sap. This beer has the aroma of maple, the smokiness of a sugar camp and the rich colour of amber maple syrup.
Seasonal beers are available at the brewery or through select LCBO stores.
